I had some time to kill before an appointment in the area. I stopped by Silver Star. It was early and the sales team was not yet there. A lovely lady, Ethel, saw me looking at the cars and came over to greet me. She was so chatty and sweet. She offered me a coffee and made me comfortable while I waited.

I initially contacted Harrison Hall from out of province about a used vehicle. He sent me a video and other pics. I drove from Toronto to pick it up and they went out of their way to have Ontario registration and plates installed.
Then Asi, Harrison's assistant showed and explained to us all options and buttons on the dash and steering wheel.
All was smooth, professional and very positive.
I would drive the distance again when looking at another purchase.
