A true luxury experience is hard to come by these days. Never have I felt so at ease ordering a luxury car. Nicolas is most likely the most professional young man I have ever encountered in this industry. It was a refreshing experience, the future is bright! Omar on the finance side made the purchase a simple and seamless process. Silver Star is a class act, I recommend them wholeheartedly. My first AMG... I am in love with my new car and everything that lead me to this purchase along the way. Well done!
After reading the reviews, I was afraid I would have a similar experience especially being Asian. However, I met Frank Sparapani. I’ve had my previous cars with Benz Brossard & Benz Laval, but I can assure you that as long as Frank works here, he’ll be my only salesman for the rest of my life. There wasn’t one second where I felt I was being overcharged, « scammed » or seen as just another transaction. I felt that Frank really wanted what was best for us, he was transparent, sincere and showed a lot of integrity. This is the most important criteria for me. He gave a service that is incomparable, I had to praise him and talk about him to my closed ones.
Frank treated us with so much respect, while being super friendly. We saw how hard he is working and we are so happy our transaction was sealed with him.
Not only Silver Star, but Mercedes-Benz in general is tremendously lucky to have him working for them. We will be forever his client and we hope our closed ones will become his clients as well.

me and my family have been with this branch of Merc since like nearly 2 decades. They are polite, know their stuff, and when youre a loyal client they are very good with you. Im a merc-y girl since years and I highly recommend this branch, they are professional, nice, they make jokes, and answer any and all critical questions. Plus we have the best frame for the license plate with the silver star ⭐️
